Superdrug Mobile No Use Whatsoever!

No phone service in Saint Jean de Luz, Now we are in Benidorm there is only one provider (YOIGO) for the phone but no internet service. The other four won't accept the Superdrug SIM!
A complete waste of £20/month.

Have you contacted Superdrugmobile to see if there is a problem with the 3 network roaming provider?

I take it just that area as Three normally works all over Europe although it is a bit of a faff having to keep changing networks when it woks seamlessly with other providers.

I just bought a Superdrug Sim for our trip next week. Gave me 2000 Superdrug points which gives me £20 to spend so first month free.
Also found their online chat helpline excellent after I'd managed a typo in my email when setting up the account.

Superdrug sim card has been fine for us, we've been away almost 3 months with no probs at all in the Netherlands and Dordogne area of France.

Moviestar works well in Benidorm, can you get that? Mine is showing 4G+ now. Plusnet sim.

Thanks for the inputs. The internet service was fine in most of France. Just been on to Superdrug. False alarm, as the MMS Proxy for Spain was incorrect: it works now...
