Suitable battery clamp

Looking for a suitable battery clamp to attach the below cable which will be to my second leisure battery

You say 'clamp' but show a cable.
If it's a cable you're after, get one as thick as the others connected to the existing battery.
 
Yes that’s correct I have one of these which I suppose would do but would prefer something that more suitable just for attaching the ring View attachment 417708
Because its a ring that's about your only choice.
You could drill a hole in the top of the post and fix with a self tapper and suitably sized washer.
That's what I've done on my lawn tractor when I fitted a temporary* car battery.
Cranks over the 480cc V twin engine so must be a good contact.
*read temporary as 4 years now.

Check the diameter of the eye on the cable and check the diameter of the bolt on the clamp.....you could just put the pinch bolt through the eye if you don’t want terminate at the clamp as designed.
 
Why not cut ring at end of cable off... strip insulation back and fit to clamp as it is supposed to be.

Yes that is certainly an option , I just want to make sure the connections are 100% as I’m fitting a 1.5 kw inverter
