Now the 6 metre separation rule may make sense to doubters.

And, yes, I do know that the fire was in a storage area. Unfortunately fire does not discriminate.
 
6m may be more important in a storage area.
People have chance to move things away if they are present.
 
Gutted for them, I just hope the caravan owners have insurance although that would not cover full loss.
 
It happened in our storage area about 8 years ago. About 50 vans destroyed and the same damaged. Some, and new ones included, were not insured :( despite that being a condition of storage.

Would not be economically viable to have 6 mtr rule in a storage site.BUSBY.
 
Saw the news and realised my Sister's caravan is stored here. It is 1year old just been serviced and they are unaware as they are out of the country. His son has checked and the front of the van has melted.

Obviously not but people object to the 6 metre rule on the Club sites.
