Does it work when on hook up?
We had something similar in our T4 van - the switch and socket were both dead but on hook up the switch became active, the warning light came on and the 3-pin socket worked.
Just a thought.

I would not be able to resist looking behind the fitting to see what’s connected. It seems to have both 12v and mains to the same unit.
Does any of it work?

Just have took the panel apart and followed the wire, and it's heading towards the cab

is there connections to all 3 items in that cluster, 12v socket, switch, mains socket?

So I may be well off the truth here but the centre rocker switch appears to make either the 12v or the mains bit active.

If on EHU does the mains switch work?

If the engine is running does the 12v work?
