my finance director gets seasick when we're parked up If I dare to walk about inside. we have stabiliser legs on the rear but still get movement. Any ideas how to stop this (other than Stugeron)

Self levelling. Once the legs go down I think it would be solid.

£££££££ though.

Do you know we never notice it now. Only in bed in the night and it never feels excessive

You could try asking your finance director to stay seated in the front while you lower the legs.

Could you fit some demountable jacks on the front corners.

Or even a couple if sizzor jacks under the front outriggers to take the bounce out the suspension.

Might I gently suggest replacing the current finance director with one who has sea legs... :whistle2:

JJ
Yes, definitely replace the current finance director, far too fussy

We use 2 of these at the rear and one on the front hab door side jacking point. Never had to use one under he other front point. They take just a couple of minutes to put under, weigh very little and work an absolute treat. The only mod I've made is to contact adhesive a dusk of old inner tube on the pads to stop them scratching the underneath. Amazon product ASIN B004MZRKMA

A set of these worked for us, two at the front on the jacking points behind the front wheels and two on the rear crossbar which had the tow bar on. Just nip them up tight and stopped all movement.

add airbags to the rear suspension. If it moves when parked it will wallow on corners and roundabouts and be affected by big vehicles passing on the motorway

The bags resist the body roll and can be pumped up harder on site so even better. Individually supplied with air and you can also use to help level on site

Always sleep better when the van is rocking in the wind.

As she is the finance director she will have no problem sanctioning £5½k for EP jacks.

Or £50 for a set of axle stands !
OK hydraulics might be 100 times the price of axle stands but they are a completely different thing and 100 times better, 100 times better, 100 times better, 100 times better;) yes I have to keep reminding myself:giggle:

But seriously they are great, but expensive:LOL:

Had the same problem, Constantly being shouted at to stop moving....Scared to go to the loo!!
Saved by E&P auto leveller's. They do a great job making the MOho stable, surprisingly even in strong winds.
To set up takes a minute and you don't even have to get out.

Rear airbags are a big help, and now heavy duty front springs, also helps. But no where near the nicest which is full levelling.

My mate had a Landrover with a roof tent. I noticed steadies fitted to the back cross member and asked what they were for. He said they were bonking bars. If things became a little frisky during the night it stopped the Landrover from rocking.
They didn’t work because the rear springs still creaked much to there ribbing next morning.
