All the windows on my van have started to stick when trying to open them.I have to run my finger round to real the seal before I can get them to open.Apart from the possibility of the rubber splitting it is a right pain to do this every day.Is there any remedies for this or do you think it is a problem with the seals themselves? Thanks in advance for any useful tips.

The usual recommendation is Silcone spray or baby oil.

Personally, I've only ever used the Silicone spray (from Toolstation) which seems to work well on rubber to metal/plastic contact and also good for sliding glass channels.

Halfrauds do a very good one, spesh for automotive rubbers and slides.

As said above - silicone spray or rub the rubbers with talcum powder.

Talcum powder ... same trick for when old car door seals used to stick.

You can also use lip balm ,just get the one on the stick and run it round the rubber.

PTFE spray is another alternative.

If you have Mr sheen or similar (silicon based polish) it will work just as well.
