All the windows on my van have started to stick when trying to open them.I have to run my finger round to real the seal before I can get them to open.Apart from the possibility of the rubber splitting it is a right pain to do this every day.Is there any remedies for this or do you think it is a problem with the seals themselves? Thanks in advance for any useful tips.

As said above - silicone spray or rub the rubbers with talcum powder.

Since 2012 but longer in my dreams
You can also use lip balm ,just get the one on the stick and run it round the rubber.

If you have Mr sheen or similar (silicon based polish) it will work just as well.
