I've never seen any bushes on roll bars or torsion bars that were designed to be greased. The squeaking or 'scrooping' as we used to call it when I was in the trade is usually more noticeable in periods of dry weather. Best to squirt/brush some lubricant (we used brake fluid) around the bushes and leave it to work its way inside.
Don't get the brake fluid on bodywork.
