On my PC right clicking when in the write box gives the option of ticking a box to switch it on. Also you can set the language to English not Yanki:)

    I am using Firefox.

Firefox, so its a browser thing rather than something to change in the forum?

Spellchecker is working on Fun for me, the problem is it is US-English so it keeps telling me it should be "realize" instead of "realise"

    Predictive text?

This time last year Jenny got one from friends in Cornwall. Hoped we were enjoying ourselves in Portugal, they'd just booked a week in Corruption for 2014. She laughed like a drain and replied Fantastic! Have they still got any vacancies, cos I think we'd enjoy it there!

It was Paleokastritsa, where they went .....

I downloaded Swift key for my android tablet and it is so good at predictive text it is spooky. It can throw in the odd wobbler but generally it works very well. It is available for Android, don't know if there is a version for walnuts.
