it all depends how you look at it. in my case i was possitive the signs were wrong so i challenged the authority. as it was there was 10 reasons why they should not have convicted me . it went to appeal and it came to light the street name was wrong. it was a mistake by the authority. is it fair that when we make a mistake we are punished?
if they (authority ) makes a mistake do we have to say well its only a mistake heres my money?
for any one to be taken to court there as to be a rule/law broken .if that rule/law is flawd as there been a breech.
it seems to me we let authority off most if not all their mistakes but blame the government for everthing.
its the middle authority that run this country and get it wrong . it does not matter who is elected .authority stays the same they never lose their jobs who ever is elected. if we find amistake by them we must let them take responsibility for their actions.

Sticking up for the LAW of the land Common Law is not rubbish.(If it was why are people winning on this front over at the www.tpuc.org | News for positive people and wont see it in the paper as they dont want the other slave to know) Statue Law is for consent of the Governed look it up in Black Law Dictionary. You know Law Dictionary's why do they have them O YEAH that right So they can con you in court you say one word and means a different thing in the LAW dictionary

As for the country in a state people should take responsibility for there own actions.(Cause no harm,Injury or loss to another human Common Law) It would be a shame to deprive the the government of all there spending money what would they do in the week or weekend. WORK for once

think carefully before venturing down thepath. i argued a speeding fine in dorset .it took 2 years. my argument was the sign was a non prescribed one. (red n white stripes around the 30 mph . i proved the sign was incorrect but it came up the street name on the legalalities when the speeding restriction was changed was wrong. it as taken a further two yearsfor authority to start paying back all the fines it took in ten years. only i,5 million quid. i had 3 trips to weymouth magestrates and 5 trips to dorchester crown court. i had to use a barrister in the crown court. i never payed any solicitors bills as i only used one as a means to get a barrister. all my expenses would have had to be on a sue for costs after i won. i never carried on its hard work. even standing in the magistrates and argueing the case myself was stressfull,be warned its very stressfull. if you need more google alan dawe speeding chideock. theres lots there to read. i am told more often than not authority makes mistakes with all fines its just finding the right one. cheers alan.

If this is the Chideock Safety Camera Partnership then I got a full refund and points removed by doing nothing at all. A letter dropped through the door to say I could apply to get the fine refunded and points removed. Ta very much!

hi space runner . yes it was me who got that back for you .i hope you got your licence cleaned as well .dont forget to have a word with your insurance company. i got some money back from mine. a pound or fifty pence in the post would be nice or put it in the cancer research box next time you see one. there are several funsters getting there money back. it just goes to showit is possible to stand up to authority. i must say you do have to follow some of the guidelines andy v8 posted. wish i had seen the u tube video a few years ago. it was probably the most stressfull thing i have ever done in my life. they make you feel like a numbskull but i just kept saying i,m only an innocent lorry driver. i was threatened with contempt of court and several times the solicitor and the magistrates would not listen or except my evidence. but i did it. had no one speaking for me till crown court. not easy and i am a stroppy git. lookling back i learnt alot from thje experiance but it was hard. cheers alan.

they know who you are, you know they know who you are and with that attitude you are doing yourself no favours.

as for not paying anymore uk taxes.....do you not eat and drink, do you not buy fuel and use electric and water.....do you not pay VAT to the government on these items...of course you do.
i ndont know your line of work but if you are employed you will pay tax...like it or not.
if you'are self employed how do you give your customers a reciept without keeping tax records and do you only accept cash and not put it in a bank, the interest on which you will pay tax......they may submit the receipt for tax purposes which links it back to you.
but you refuse to pay tax on your income, dont you.

just out of interest.......if 'The Anti terrorist', or as i renamed him..'the antagonist', is so confident in what he's harping on about, why is he hiding behind a mask and shades and using altered voice and not out there suppying a service to others.
