Hmmm , well i'm gonna be honest here , this is not good news . The part in question looks to be an early heater outlet vent , so i'm guessing we're talking about an older van here . My guess is the part has been updated , leaving the original obsolete , and as such no longer available . It's not entirely impossible one may come up , but it will almost certainly be second hand , and there would be no time limit as to when this would actually happen .
One possible avenue would be a caravan breaker , but to be frank , i seriously doubt it will find you , you will have to find it . What i mean by this , is don't rely on seeing one advertised , more that you will have to make the phone calls and do the chasing around .
Another would be to repair , but you will need to have the broken part .
If you could find a part number , this may be a good start . Remove the piece and examine it , somewhere , it should have a part number either printed or more likely moulded into the plastic . Enter that into the google search box , and you may hit gold straight away . Else it will confirm what i've just said , either way , you may be surprised what can happen . However be warned , this maybe a common breakage and hence why they were updated , in the first place .
Your maybe better off , updating first and save yourself the grief . Sorry i can't be more positive .

Thanks for your advice....as long as I can find that in brown think we'll be happy with the upgraded part - our motorhome is 2013. I mean I can't imagine its detrimental to is effectiveness really??? Buuut having said that, hubby will want it replacing 😏

my van is a 2012 and these parts are a straight swap just get the right colour and its a simple fit as long as you can get some sort of access to the back.

Oh really , so it's not an old van , that's interesting . You should have no problems with colour , i think there are two browns , light which is an older colour and dark brown . The only real effect is on direction , but to be honest , i do understand where hubby is coming from . If it's fitted it should work , ahem , i'm the same .

Just Google 'dark brown Truma air vent' choose images 👍

There you go, I think this may well be what your looking for. (y)

Hurrah - this is it! Although doesn't show the shoe of brown, we've risked it for a biscuit and ordered these - thanks so much Motorhome Fun. Careful I might start relying on you all 😉

Suggestion?. If Hubby is pedantic about colour. Small tin of Humbrol Enamel and paint the face. The Humbrol series has a huge range of colours, and works on plastics as all those building Airfix Models will know?.
