Are there any restrictions on how long you can stay in Spain for with my motorhome ( uk registered )
If so are they enforced

We have toured down there on occasions for nearly six months without problem but that’s all going to change next year it’s all in the pot at the moment and no one is sure how long we will be allowed to stay?

Home insurance is usually difficult and as we get older so is travel insurance but it is available if you shop around?

as the above comments said, no one knows. lots of us are trying to second guess but if you go for worse case scenario it will be in line with Schengen rules, which are 90 days within any 180 consecutive day period, starting from date of first entry into the Schengen zone.


there are plenty of calculators on the web to show how that might work if you have dates pencilled in.

quite a few people are hoping that there will be some sort of agreement for tourism purposes or holiday visas but i am certainly not holding my breath !!

Don't think length of stay by visitors from UK is very high on the negotiators list.
But 3 months will be okay for us, we'll go over to Morocco for a couple of weeks, i.e. outside the EU/Schrngen/whatever.
