As per title, although I cannot hear it much thanks to my tinnitus, SHMBO mentioned it again this morning. So do solar panels buzz? It's Sikaflexed on the roof with aluminium brackets.

What is there to buzz? If its when traveling it could be the wind resistance blowing through and resonating if is while stood still have a look for insects under it, the panel is nothing more than light sensitive diodes that convert sunlight into electricity via an inverter, it could be the inverter that is buzzing.

Could be the high frequency the PWM regulator works at. Like when you squeeze the trigger on a battery drill you can hear the speed controller frequency 👍

The frequency is in MH territory, not detectable by any human ear.
Most likely a loose/ high resistance connection or weak point.
