And this is the bit I probably should have put in my first post

We are currently parked in a field, no ehu but loads of lovely green grass overlooking Rutland water, at this present time the sun is on/off and batteries are sitting at 94.5%.

That’s after boiling the kettle 7/8 times, fridge on mains, toaster and Val’s just done a joint of pork in the air fryer

tbh that included all of the above, another 50a B2B, a battery master, an exterior 240v socket, a new supply to the fridge when it’s upgraded and probably something I’ve missed as well

The main thing I think I might have missed is saying is that’s it’s completely removed the need for not staying anywhere because of no ehu, that uncertainty has gone forever

As I said we’ve just done 90 days and I not even seen my ehu cable, it’s a thing of the past for us

Is your fridge currently a 3 way ?
You say you are fitting a new supply to the fridge when it's upgraded. Is that to a potential compressor fridge?

Hi Jim

The supply is already run courtesy of Offgrid and yes it’s for a potential compressor fridge replacement. That said the 3 way Dometic atm is working flawlessly so it’s staying where it is until it fails, it’s also a very cool/cold fridge and freezer so no need to change it yet

Thanks for that . So do you currently run the fridge with your " surplus" battery power on an as when available basis.?
