Smarty in MiFi in Spain (1 Viewer)

Actually southern Spain, Huawei E5577Cs, Huawei app on android.

The MiFi doesn't seem to be able to connect to an appropriate network automatically.

Initially it just displayed "No Service" and the app wouldn't even connect.

So I first had to select "Use as is" on the WiFi page of the phone for the MiFi, and that then enabled the app to connect. Then. using the app I selected the Movistar network and it connected immediately.

Unfortunately I have to do this every time as the MiFi doesn't "remember" that setting. A bit of a pain but excellent service once connected.

Have you changed the Huawei APN for the Smarty Sim? should be mob.asm.net no username and no password.
