SOLD Smart ForTwo with A frame

Smart ForTwo (Passion) 2005 plate, 43k miles, MoT to Jan 14, 2020. Full service history and well maintained; owned by ourselves since 2011. 50mpg plus around city, tax £30 annually. Tyres new all round within last 4000 miles. Renewed braking system, springs and front shock absorbers, replacement SAM. Smart ToW braked A frame system fitted. Current price for A frame installation circa £2,500. Hence asking price for whole rig £2,500.

The A frame shown is Not braked, So I assume it has an alternative Electric or other method of braking ??
Although not used in this instance this is a pic if my Braked A frame as I know them, see large Brake lever at top

Hi Geo,
Yes it is electronically braked. There is a vacuum pump under the passenger seat and the foof brake is operated by a piston. It’s a Smart Tow system

Do you have to modify any wiring on the tow car - for example to operate the electronic braking? We have a normal 7 pin socket

I suspect Not.
Just Plug and play
and as it is an electronic version the Car is indeed free
Ps I am not on commission or connected in any way to the seller, just know a bargain when I see it
