Can anyone recommend sites near York on bus route or walking distance with electric and Wi-Fi but could survive without it also any other sites within about 25 mile from Leeds we are in a few clubs .

We stayed at this one just outside York.
Caught the water taxi into York but there is a bus stop just outside, cafe a few minutes walk and a pub in the village about 15min walk.
Not sure if the water taxi is running all year though.

We have stayed at the Lysander Arms. They have a small camp site within walking distance of the park and ride at Rawclife. A lovely site with 13 hard standing fully serviced pitches.
In the past we have used it for a day out at the Christmas fair. The park and ride runs until quite late.
