Service & MOT Northampton

As the title says. We’re currently staying in Northampton visiting family and just realised that our MH needs a service and MOT shortly!

Can anyone recommend somewhere in Northampton or close by?

We live in Northamptonshire. Having tried quite a few places over our 8 years motor homing, I would only recommend FW Abbott in K Kettering. They do Fiats. Good prices and no nonsense service.

I do my own servicing so cant comment on servicing. for all car stuff i would reccomend tyres northampton but they cant MOT MH (size)

There was a MH at the house by the entrance (the Bosses)
Ive got them penciled in for a cambelt change next year.
edit last year there were 3 vans waiting for attention, so used to commercial vehicles i think.

White Arches send Fiats to Rockingham Cars in Corby and Peugeots to Bristol Street in Northampton. We had our service and hab service done at Elite in Middleton Cheney

Thought I’d give an update on where I eventually went and the experience.

Decided to go for one in Northampton (recommended by someone on the CL we’re on) just in case there was a problem and we had to decamp to our daughters.

We used ‘Calmac Tyres, St James Rd, Northampton’ and they were excellent, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They knew we were living in our MH and when it failed the MOT on broken exhaust rubbers they went out of their way to fix them. Colleen on reception knew we needed the MH and said there was no way they weren’t going to get it back on the road the same day for us, even stopping work on another vehicle to do ours.

As I said, would definitely recommend them, they went above and beyond what I’d expect from a garage, didn’t charge a lot and we’re very friendly and helpful.
