Not cheap but very good.
Richard.
Yes the systems are £4500 was hoping to get a second hand system if possible
I don't think you've much chance of getting a second hand E&P system
We had a Leveltronic system on a previous van, now you could have had that one for nothing.
Was it good system never heard off that make
He doesn’t have it anymore it was on a previous van?Hi just been looking at it on YouTube and looks good where are u

I love it but wish I hadn't done it. The reason is the high weight with the brackets pipes and line it was 65Kg and when I suddenly realised I was coming to 70, it was one of the items that would had to go in an attempt to drop the weight. But the medical was fine so it stayed on. The van was still miles too heavy to have tried to get it below 3500kg so would have had to go
Also the price is rather a lot in one lump then the uprated springs added a load more money into the equation, ramps £30 levelling £5000.??????????
God thats a heavy bit of plastic, the ones I still have at home are nothing like that weight. We no longer needed the levelling ramps or the jack for the van, so not having them onboard offset 17Kg against the E&P system for us.

there will be a firm fairly near you who will make up the hoses for you at modest cost google hydraulic specialist or agricultural engineers there are mobile hydraulic hose guys toThey are the "dogs thingummies", BUT they take between 50 and 60 Kg OFF you payload. and cost from £3000-00 upwards!. I had them on my R-V`s where the extra weight 1) did`nt matter and 2) with a 2tonne payload It could cope. Most (not all) R-V`s come with them in my experience and the "Park, push button, and make tea/Open beer" effect is therapeutic. I would never however look to retrofit them. (DIY) as they need specialist equipment to make the Custom Hoses Etc; which would IMHO make the exercise costly.
Thats the Al-Ko HY4 essentially, you then just need to make sure that they deploy in pairs so that the chassis/body does not twist, I would certainly make sure that the van was out of any warranty that I valued before making my own system.Wonder the possibility of 4 jacks fixed to the chassis and an electric motor to each one ?
Must be lighter and cheaper to do.
