We do Secret Santa in our family and I'm being badgered to come up with my 'wish list'. As a new this year 'motorhomer', there must be lots of useful gadgets, accessories, books etc. that I haven't thought of or come across. So please can you help me with a few ideas that I can put on my Secret Santa wish list! Max budget £50. Big thanks! PS. I have got levellers. Motorhome is 2011 Dethleffs Avantage 6501B Luxus (amazing piece of kit).

Wind break ?
Cadac type outdoor cooker ?
Comfy seat ?

A Battery Master to ensure the Cab battery is charged whilst stood still or stored up. It takes a trickle charge from from hab battery/batteries and sends it to the cab battery.
We got ours from Vanbitz similar ones are on E bay.

Now I like the sound of that. Where does it plug in?

Big thanks to everyone. I'm spoilt for choice! For anyone in the same dilemma there is also a great post from Mr & Mrs #Wombles all about accessories. If only I could find it again...

In the OBD port..unless you van is pre 2004 you will have one... On all later Fiats they are inside the flap on the right hand side ( on right hand drive vans ) of the lower dash where the fuses are )

Thanks! Not being super-tec, will I know what to do with the info or will it just lead to more sleepless nights ?

How about....Just being there ....for the family? Why more?

Kev
Well that's very true - and we will be. But we've found that Secret Santa is a nice trimmed down way of 'giving' at Christmas without all the stupid over-indulgence that so much of society engages in.

Just plug it in and pretty much follow the instructions that come up on the screen :-)

Thank you for your kind words - is it this thread https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/foru...vc-modding-accessories-discount-codes.184590/ ? Some of the accessories are there but I can think of a few more -
TyrePal tyre pressure gauge, Fresnel lens, Colapz watering can, Evo locking wheel nuts, HEOSwater connector or similar, Gardena angled tap connector, Polymorph pellets, Sugru, Campercontact app. & Funster bear! :roflmto:

Oh yes, that's the one! Thanks for the link. So much good advice and ideas. Thanks too for the SS ideas!

Led torch get my vote. Found them sooooo useful when coming back from eating late at night. To miss the puddles.
Polish to keep your new acquisition shining. And a ladder to reach the roof
