Sealant

Hi all
Ive got an Elddis Autoquest 185 on a 2018 plate,and the sealant on all the external panel joints is looking a bit crappy !! My question is what product is best used to do a reseal ( or seal over existing) im guessing its not standard silicone !
Is there a sealant unique to Elddis or a good generic panel used within the MH industry

Our van is the same, it will want re-doing soon. I'll probably use white Everbuild Stixall or something similar. It's got to have sealing and bonding qualities, a lot of them are one or the other.
