Hi Crazygrandad Here,
Having been reading everyone's posts and seeing the great advice given for different problems, I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good MoHo satnav, preferably incorporating a dash-cam. Waze is good in the car but does not recognize when roads are narrow and unsuitable for a MoHo which i found out going down a narrow road last month.

None are infallible. The maps they use won't have the level of detail you need. In my experience if you constrain them too much they take you miles out of your way onto main A roads and motorways. I leave mine set on Car (8M van + trailer) and simply take care to avoid roads I don't like the look of.

If you like waze, try Road Lords basically the same but a truck version where you can input measurements.

I doubt that any will save you from narrow roads, especially if you plan to be adventurous.
Best to study the chosen route before you set off and change it if you dislike the look of part.
