Satfi dome not finding satellites

I have a Satfi mobilsat dome receiver; however it does not 'lock on' to any satellites. Lots of noise searching for a signal as the dish inside moves. I have tried to get a signal at home where I have had good reception before, well away from any trees etc that could block the signal.
Any suggestions?

If you have a different system try emailing sales@satfi.co.uk who should be able to help
They will require the s/n of your SatFi box
