Sargent ec325 not turn on

Hi. New to forum so be kind. Sargent 325 won’t turn on. Step was playing up so googled and found that em50 fridge fuse may be prob. Checked it and it was burnt out. Changed it and checked all fuses along with Sargent as it was saying waste water full which was incorrect as I had emptied waste. It then went crazy and said batteries 6.0v each. Tested batteries and they were both about 13. Will not come on at all now. EM50 was also clicking making noise. Connected to mains but still not working.
Had a solar panel fitted few weeks back but all seemed well with that. Just in case as it is connected to Sargent. T. I. A

Have you checked the hab battery fuses?

They can sometimes be cured by a reset... Remove the panel and disconnect the 12v supply plug on the rear. Leave it off for a few mins then plug back in.. Worth a try...

Check that the 12v power supply midi fuse connections at the starter battery positive terminal plate are tight.
