I am tempted to look at an American RV with slide out. Lucky enough to have a coffee and chat in one recently and blown away by the internal space etc... And not much difference in length to the 7.5M coach-built I drive now.
Rubber / EPDM roofing. Is it a big job to recoat a roof where there is a small sign of damp inside where it has worn out near a couple of roof access points - TV aerial, air- con etc... I assume whole roof at the same time is advisable.
Thanks for any guidance.

It is actually fairly straight forward to re-skin the roof of an RV and get them watertight, but they don't seem to last long by comparison to a european roof with an aluminium or grp roof. I would be tempted to fit a GRP roof if I was doing it to my own van
