Roller team Zeifiro 675 condensation issue

HI I wonder if anyone on here has an issue with condensation? we have 2 Roller team Zeifiro's 690 and 675, both roller tops. The issue is when the heating is on the mattress on the over head cab absorbs water. We have had it checked for leaks and nothing has been found. They advised it was a build up of condensation. I wonder has anyone had this type of issue? The area under the mattress is a vinyl so the water has no where to go apart from into mattress. We had thought of getting bed slats to lift the mattress up a bit. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. as a soggy mattress on hire is not ideal!! plus adds extra cost as we then have to have the mattress cleaned!

We took the bed slats out of our last van as I couldn’t sit-up in the bed. Fitted air mats under the single beds. Worked a treat.
We did however also wedge up the mattresses with a small piece of wood each morning.

690 for 5 years and no issues.
The bed was raised for 98% of the time and only 2 travellers (mainly) who slept in the back.
The condensation onto the front screen was noticeable but it never went anywhere

We used this on our boat. It allows air to circulate under the mattress.
