Right glue to use?

Housing over passenger seat belt started rattling and I am trying to find the correct glue to use!

Tried Gorilla contact adhesive and just didn't work.

Any suggestions as to the best adhesive to use welcomed.

or a contact adhesive should work well

It might be a good solution to fix it with double sided tape or pads.

I love Mammoth double sided tape from eBay. It comes in various widths

Good old fashioned Evostik.
Make sure the van is well ventilated for a few hours after use.

If it hard plastic then I would use UHU pore, I find it very good on most plastics.
