Reversing Camera problem

Had a twin reversing camera fitted by Glossop Caravans pre delivery and at first worked fine followed by intermittent working/not working - suspected a loose wire or connection. Asked local workshop to have a look when they did the service but without the wiring diagram, the fault would take some tracing and so we asked Glossop and still waiting for a response 2.5 months later.......as well as the response to how did they miss the water heater problem during pdi - but that has only been just over the month......
So I noticed a loose connector box behind the drivers seat with a white female connector and no male. It had Streetmate on the front and a sticky pad on the back. I checked and can't find any spare male jacks dangling anywhere.
Streetmate do make parking sensors and reversing cameras - see pics -any thoughts?

That looks like one of their reversing sensor boxes, nothing to do with cameras.

Yes - typo - I meant Steelmate and had googled them before

I should have added that the camera and monitor automatically work when in reverse - it is when using as a rear view mirror mode driving forward that I get no images

I believe there is a cable connected to the parking brake from head unit to prevent viewing screen from being activated you may need to disconnect it
The aim of that cable is to stop you watching videos whilst driving but you are using the circuit for your rear view camera so needs to be disconnected.

Is there an option in the Settings Menu to have camera image displayed permanently, i.e. acting as the rear view mirror? Our Pioneer has this but it is only a single camera. Reverse gear selection makes it a reversing camera, but to use it in 'rear view mirror' mode, I have to select the option in the Camera Settings Menu of the overall MFD Settings.

The problem being it won't switch on to be able to view the menu settings.......
