Returning to the UK via tunnel

Hi,

Has anyone come back through the tunnel recently could give us some advice? We are trying to fill out our form but there doesn't seem to be an option for just travelling through France without stopping? If you just transited through from a non-quarantine country, did you fill out the form and put France on it or leave it off as you did not visit as such, you just passed through.
Cherrs for any help. We have gone out of our way to stay in Germany to avoid quarantine and don't want to end up missing two weeks work due to an unclear form.

I think that when we filled one in a few weeks ago there was something in it that gave the option of explaining why you don't need to quarantine. I could be wrong as it seems that it's something different each time we travel.

Came back via the tunnel last week. We travelled from Germany straight to the tunnel. On our forms we put that we traveled from Germany. You do not need to put the transit countries. We traveled from Germany through the Netherlands, Belgium and France before reaching the tunnel. The customs? Person asked me where we had come from. I answered Germany and he said have a nice day and we boarded the train. Honestly it’s that easy. Have a good trip.

We did the same as glenn2926 and had the same experience.

Didn’t detour from the motorways at all, and kept the GPS tracks from the sat nav to prove it was a transit journey if any questions were asked.

You just need to list which countries you stopped in. If you didn’t get out of your vehicle you didn’t stop there but filling up for fuel would count I would have thought
