Returning Fulli tag

We shall soon be making out last trip and will need to close the Fulli tag and account afterwards. I have tried to find how you do that but can only find a form for cancellation within 14 days of getting the tag.

If anyone has done this successfully I would appreciate help! Thanks in advance.

We sent ours back. Think we used the Tag Returned option on our profile.

Fulli are a pain to deal with.

We gave our Fulli badge back as it was so unreliable in use. I just called into one of their offices in France (at one end of the Millau bridge in our case), handed it to the chap behind the counter and waited a few mins while he closed our account. So if you happen to be passing one of their "shops" on your last trip that could be an option for you. Map of Fulli shops Click symbols on the map for detailed location and opening hours.

I returned one to their head office with no problem last year.

Thanks all. We will not be near any of their offices but I did eventually find a main office address in Beaune so will use that,
