Resizing video (1 Viewer)

Could anybody give me a www to resize a video that I took on my blackberry. The video is 1015mb and so too big to download onto certain sites.

If you have WindowsMovieMaker that will publish in WMV format suitable for uploading

I also use the free version of this one .
