I think that Dave Newell will be your man, he might be able to post some to you ! :thumb:

Hi Bryan

If they are like mine they are just standard 12v x 21w indicator/flasher lamps

PS

Bulbs go in the ground:Laughing:

you nit-picking Jim,:Rofl1:

we all know if it goes in the ground its a bulb,
if its a load of garlic cloves its a bulb,
if it gives off light its a bulb,
if you're an anorack its a lamp,
and in some countries, its a GLOBE. no answer to that one.:Eeek:

if youre a sparky its a lamp,
if youre a mechanic its a bulb.

But were you ever sent for a glass hammer?
A bag of rubber bolts?
A set of left-handed spanners?

Ah, the joys of apprenticeship!

None of you have picked up on the obvious
Uk bulbs/lamps/globes will give out European light:Sad:
Is this acceptable, or even suitable for an American RV:Doh:
Bryan I would be worried, very worried:Eek!:

Ohh yes, I have very fond memories, best days of my life

Tartan paint

Sky hooks

Long stands

Left handed screw driver

and a grumpy old storeman called .. Hinny Owny , (haven't any)
so called because it was his 'stock answer' when it was out of stock..

As Geo says - European lamps are a bit different - I mean will they dip to the left or right - even inside the RV?

Will they appreciate that they have to work on an American switch which is in the switched off position when compared to a European Van. Will you have to switch them off in order to switch them on? :Eeek:

I'd go for broke and change the RV instead - much easier.

theres a bloke on ebay sells converters for european light.....

its a little sock you slip over the bulb/lamp/globe and it turns EU light into US light. (makes it a little dimmer:Rofl1:)

only works on a certain wavelength so it wont convert US to EU light.

so now you've all been enlightened. :Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1:

Yeah, I heard about them too but I was told they made the lamp light bulb too hot so that they burnt out a lot quicker than normal.

Apparently it was a scam put forward by an electric company trying to get over the credit crunch!

Nah, you got that wrong - it's the local flea-pit where they stopped showin movies yonks ago when they switched to bingo! Cor, what's he like, eh?

And why are globes always spherical when everyone knows that the Earth is an oblate spheroid?
Just shows you how wrong you an be
I thought the earth was a rotationally symmetric ellipsoid having a polar axis shorter than the diameter of the equatorial circle whose plane bisects it, but hey some think its flat:Doh:
