Renault traffic fuel problem (1 Viewer)

Can anyone please advise
Cannot fill up with diesel tank doesn't seem to be breathing it takes me 30 minute to put 30 litre of diesel in don't know how to solve problem

Probably a blocked breather pipe. You need to look around tank /filler for the vent pipe and make sure it is clear
