Remi windscreen blinds (1 Viewer)

Hi, I need to remove my remi windscreen blinds to allow me to install a DAB aerial. The horizontal guides across the front screen appear to be one piece. How do I remove to allow me to then remove the plastic trim on the sides.

This video is really useful but appears that the horizontal poles come in two pieces, mine seems to be in 1 piece so cannot see how I uninstall. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.. thank U

The horizontal poles screw together in the middle.

If you plan to fit one of the stick onto the windscreen DAB aerials then please do not waste your time as they are crap.
