Yesterday drove 100 miles to Regal Furnishings to get a problem on our sofa/bed fixed, and they were brilliant. It was done in an hour, when it had taken us much longer to try and sort it. They are an excellent company for all upholstery related problems.
It was glorious weather - bright blue sky and sunshine, although a bit cold in Ilkeston while we were there. We also stopped off at Motorhome Essentials on our way back to Oxford, to pick up some new wheel trims. So nice to know that the company is owned and run by Paula, and not her husband who I have met several times at shows. Still sunny and nice there (Blisworth). Within 30 mins of leaving her we were on the M40 in an absolute blizzard, with snow settling, so when we got back to the storage had to uncover my car from snow. Saw one accident on the way, car in ditch and quite a bit of damage. Young man probably not used to driving in snow...
