I would not choose AGM as the track record of early failures is not inspiring

AMG are totally useless as lesiure batteries, gels would be a much better choice.

Not long ago AGM were the holy grail of batteries, now you may as well connect the wires to a loaf of bread

I wonder how long before Lithium gets the same treatment.

If you have an mlt, there is also a charging booster fitted, that would need setting to the correct leisure battery type as well.
