We recently had a letter regarding recalls on our 2018 PVC.
Extra brackets were required to secure the Solar Panel and the leisure battery retaining bar was to be changed for a webbing strap to prevent possible short circuits.
Swift sometimes get a poor reputation among motorhomers, possibly due to previous history of water leaks on various models.
On this occasion they carried out the recall work at our home, on the drive, at a time convenient to us. The work was carried out diligently and the technician was both friendly and professional.
Can’t imagine car manufacturers agreeing to do the work at your own premises. We would have to take them to the nearest main dealers with the consequent wasted time etc.
