New boy here, "baptized" yesterday. I'm alone - say Arh! Interested in Hymer 414 from Edgehill Motorhomes, not seen either yet. Can anyone add the light of their experience with either please?

You're joking! You've been here eight months now. ;)

Edgehill always seem to have some nice stock, and a fair few left hookers as well. We've not dealt with them in any way, but Hymer is a quality built MH. Maybe not the best of the German offerings, but certainly woth looking at. (y)

Is this the one you are hoping to view? http://edgehillmotorhomes.co.uk/motorhome/76/

    Cheers,

    Jock.

Won't go far wrong with a Hymer ( I might be a bit biased).
UK prices tend to be rather expensive compared to Belgium & Germany especially with current exchange rate.

Hi Jock, Yes I'm guilty. Found the site, joined, but didn't pay until yesterday. I got distracted.... Yes, I'm curious about '76'.

Thanks Lenny, I'm looking for a sound, well-built vehicle that will last a decade.... Fingers well crossed. A 6m job is all I want. Driving 7m+ vehicles around strange cities looking for a parking place near a museum or whatever does not appeal.

Ours has lasted 16 years now, and we'll have had it a decade come May this year. (y)

Good luck with the viewing. :)

    Cheers,

    Jock.
