Can anyone please advise? We are in Portugal and we cannot open the hab door from the outside. It will open from the inside. The fob sounds like it is locking and unlocking the door but the handle just won’t open.

Not much use to you but we had exactly the same problem with our Rapido Hab door.
We took it back to SMC Motorhomes who partly fixed it but I don’t know what repair they did.
I say partly because it now opens from the outside and inside as normal but now it only locks or unlocks with the key.
I can hear the central locking at the lock but it doesn’t lock or unlock the door.
