Now a year !
Does anybody know the recommended way to fix Fiamma Garage bars to the side walls of the MH (Hobby Siesta) garage? Fiamma's website doesn't offer any advice. I don't want to risk puncturing the walls and letting damp in, so I was thinking of glueing a couple of wooden battens to the walls then screwing the garage bars to these. Is there a better or more professional way to fix them? Any practical advice appreciated.

I used Sikaflex and several little x shaped tile spacers to keep the rail far enough away from the wall. All held in place with duck tape until it dried. Sticks like the proverbial s**t to a blanket.

The edges were tided up with normal silicon sealant when dry purely to make things look neat.
