2001BURSTNER T625
Hi there I'm new to this site and have just acquired a 2001 burstner T625 HARMONY.
MY Problem is after my 9 year old boy switched of my elektroblock dbl99 by accident all interior lights fridge and everything else on the 12v supply went off including my display control panel.
Realising what had happened I switched it back on but nothing.
Still all 12v off pls help?

Is the kettle plug pushed in properly?

Secondly, on mine the know you turn to go between the indicators pushes in to turn things on and off, is it that?

Sorry can you explain you reply pls cz I'm confused.com

ah "that fault again". The EBL has a history of the power switch failing after being switched off. It will need sending off for repair by apuljac engineering, or similar

All the 240v sockets that run from the electric hook up still work

simple? yes pretty much, and happens a lot. That is why a couple of businesses specialise in repairing them. Unplug the electrobloc box it up and send to them. A few days later you get it back fixed. Plug all the plugs back in (you can;t mix them up due to size and shape) problem solved

Sorry can't remember the current charge for the repair

Thankyou. You answered my next question which was is it plug and play?

I'd just add a couple of things. First, it's worth trying to switch it on and off a few times, it just might work. Only as a temporary fix, obviously.

Also, although it's true that the connectors won't connect if they are incorrect, it's worth taking a photo of the arrangements. It's particularly true of the three thick wires that go into the back. It's definitely possible to connect those incorrectly, and if they are anything like mine, the colour code is not at all what you might expect. On mine the negative is brown, leisure battery positive (WohnBatterie) is black, and Starter battery positive is red.

If you need to disconnect the three thick battery supply wires to the back of the EBL, to avoid accidents it's best to remove the supply fuses. There are two big 50A fuses near both the starter battery and the leisure battery. Check with a meter or test lamp that the wires are isolated.
