Ican no longer watch videos from youtube on chrome recent avg update has installed an avg secure browser on to my toolbar using that i can view videos.do i have to uninstall avg or is there a wayy to disable the avg offering?im loath to just delete it because if that isnt the problem i will have no access to you tube.

Settings - search engines - manage search engines.
You be able to delete it from there.
Or re-install Google chrome

I doubt the avg will be the problem, but you can go to settings and stop it loading on start up. My guess is something with Chrome try updating it and or deleting and reinstalling Chrome

I also was prompted to install the avg browser as it would be 'much faster' was it heck. everything slowed down and froze. as said by stealaway just manage browsers and make chrome default.
