Pop-top bed ladders

Another recent mod to the Glamper Truck….

I find those pop-top bed ladders are really painful to use with bare feet.

I shopped around for something more comfortable but couldn’t find anything suitable.

Then I had a light bulb moment. … pipe lagging and cable ties fixed to the treads!

Super grippy and very comfortable under-foot. Cost less than a tenner as well!

Crikey, how tall is your pop-top ? That looks like a very long ladder but a brilliant idea.

Standard PVC height inside - 1.92m. I think ladder is about 2.5m because of the angle it’s propped up at.
