Thinking of taking this mound of a thing in to Gibraltar for the day.

He has his passport with everything up to date.
Does he need anything else before he scares them with his boundless enthusiasm for life?

You won’t have a problem they simply wave you through whilst you hold up your ( yours not the dogs) passport going in and it’s much the same on the way out,no particular checks on dogs but the upto date pet passport is there if you needed it.
