Hi, we are looking at the Pilote above and wondering if anyone has any information that would help us decide. Thanks

Have you seen this?
I found it very helpful when we were looking a year ago. There’s also a follow up

Had a 2020 model from new. Overall a decent motorhome.
A couple of problems with the shower - the bases are prone to cracking and the top rail for sliding door needs bigger/more screws or it can come away. Also unless the van is nose up when you use the shower water collects, behind the toilet , in the bottom door channel and is a PITA to clear up.
If your buying new and you need warranty work Pilote are very slow to approve repairs and even slower at supplying the parts.

Hi we have 2018 650 c and overall think it's good for a couple but the shower is rubbish good idea let down by the quality of the parts mine is on the second answer tray first fitted under warranty trying to fix the second one now as to try to fit new one is a virtual stop out off the inside of the van so in my opinion love the layout but run away

Have a 2023 P696 with the drop-down bed; no real problems in the first year and 18,000 km; warranty work (new hab door as the original delaminated) was all done in the first few weeks. The dealer we bought through is excellent, but we are in Germany.

The fresh water tank is a pain to fill because of air locks but slow but sure does it and the Pioneer sat nav (phone linked) was hard to get used to, but that is all.

Hi, thanks we love it so far, just out of interest what would you asking for the 3rd bed set up?
