Getting there!
We both find the seats on our Ducato uncomfortable when travelling due to the void above the shoulder area, they are fine when using spun round when pitched as the seat is used in more of a lounging position.

Does anyone have extra head or neck rests on theirs, preferably not leather. Our seats are beige/cream and brown.

I can't remember ever seeing a motorhome, Ducato or otherwise, without headrests although it's not normally something I look for, it just is! They can be detachable or built into the seat itself, giving a high back.

Those on my van are detachable (which I didn't realise until I had it re-upholstered!) so maybe they have been "detached"? There'll be a couple of holes in the top of the backrest if so, so look out for some in the usual haunts, ebay, breakers etc. It would only cost a few pounds to have second hand ones reupholstered.

I don't think that the OP is saying that they have no headrests, but that there is a hollow below the headrest, at the top of the seat back, where they need additional support

I had the same problem, bought one of these:

Fills the gap exactly and now I have no problem whatsoever dropping off to sleep while Mark's driving :ROFLMAO:

I find that the standard Fiat seat is quite good, but only when it's bolt upright and my bum is scooched all the way to the back.

I did a 6 hour drive earlier this week... and then remained in the driver's seat for 10 mins to chill while my other half started setting up camp.

Exactly, here is a picture of one of our seats to clarify

Took some photos of our seats and how that cushion looks, I find it very comfortable as it does fit the gap between shoulders and neck very well.

Thank you, I have been looking at neck supports but looking at that it looks like extra headrests will be better.

I think that would give me a cricked neck ?
Try sitting up straight with shoulders back ?? no offence intended x

I'm 6ft tall, I have a visible "hollow back" and find that often seats/chairs can be uncomfortable at various places on my back/neck. Sitting straight doesn't always work as it can make the hollow worse and puts a lot of pressure on my upper back and shoulders.

My cushion fills the gap around the back of the neck and if I do feel the need for a snoozle my head rests on the head restraint and the very top of the cushion.

We're all different and what works for one is different for another.
