Oyster digital satellite not locking onto Hispasat, help please.

As above , the satellite isn't locking on to Hispasat. I have read another thread that says the frequency has changed but I don't know how to change it, have called Oyster sat tech twice but Anthony is busy.

Yes I have but don’t know how or where to make the changes.

A big thanks to Anthony OysterTech , got locked onto Hispasat although no channels available on there (zero signal )
I was then able to manually find Intelsat.
