newbie - again
...at work before we head off again for a monster European tour. 12 countries in 4 months, well as many as we can manage.

We head from Newcastle to Amsterdam and hoping to run anti-clockwise round mainland Europe hugging the coast as we both love the sea. We will keep to this route until we get to the heel of Italy where we hope to take a boat to Greece and spend a few weeks there before we head back to Scotland for the summer:xrofl:.

The view from my office is lovely today, although not enough to keep me...

1) Working
2) In Scotland

They do say that absence makes the heart grow fonder....it works for 2) but definitely not 1)

Might see a few of you on our trip
Ciao
Marco

How I envy you your freedom. If you get down our neck of the woods give us a shout, always eager to come say hello and drink your beer:xwink::xwink:

Sounds great and I hope you have a great time. One thing to bear in mind ref ferries over to Greece, if you're looking to camp on board with either Anek or Minoen, it's only permissible from April 1st to October 31st.

Hope you have a great trip.

We don’t expect to see you in our neck of the woods as, if you stick a pin in a map of France as far away from the Channel, Atlantic and Med, that’s where we are.:france:

We do live next to the sea in South Wales though.:xThumb:

Yes, Stirling is the gateway to the Highlands and is usually on everyone's Scotland tour. The tour is usually this;

Edinburgh.... Stirling..... Loch Lomond.... Skye.... Inverness..... Pitlochry..... Home.

So many gems missed......

Glasgow..... Borders...... Ayr.....

Cumbernauld (well maybe not)

Ciao

Without doubt Scotland , needs time , too take in the majestic scenery I particularly like the n west like most funsters , that's the beauty of MH you get the full experience that you don't get on organised tours etc .
