The above is how it looked Before the previous owner started the strip down. When I got it there where Parts missing off the chassis, holes in the Shell. So far I have used one 6x4 sheet of 0.8mm steel fabricating new sections!. and I`m on my second 25kg reel of 0.6mm Mig welding wire!

Well we have a leak in our Burstner, so I am quite prepared to relieve someone of their boredom and give them a little project to help them pass the time. (since I have failed miserably)
My other little projects are
Replacing a couple of fly screens on windows (half way through)
Recovering the seats - in the process.

You can be on your own land I am sure. No problems with that. Feel sorry for people without garden space.

Got another project lined up now.. Gonna strip the box trailer @Badkee donated right back, give it a coat of anti-rust, cut out and replace any metal I do not like the look of and replace the temporary sheet cladding with something decent

Looking at all the jobs lined up I reckon I have about 4 weeks worth of work

I just spent the last week of self-isolation learning how to do the Rubik cube. Can now do it in under ten minutes. And no, I do NOT want to hear about your grandson doing it in ten seconds.:crying:
You do know that you're not supposed to take the colour stickers off the blocks and re-stick them on don't you! :giggle:

Yes, I tried that but it's very tedious. I prefer my proper engineering solution - take it all apart with a screwdriver, and reassemble it. Quicker than all that twirling nonsense.?

For tomorrow at least, finishing pressure-washing 20+ years of moss, lichens and crud from the south-facing roof of the house, to be followed by a spraying of Wet and Forget. Did the other side of the roof two years ago as I'd got fed up with certain people pulling up at the gate, offering to clean it for me far too much money. The other side now looks like a new roof and, giving the W & F a few months to do its thing, I'm hoping this side will, too.
Cheyenne hiding behind the car port, all dressed up and nowhere to go.....:crying1:

Started to decorate. Went last weekend to get the paint doh ? so started that. Left two walls to do today as wanted a tidy job and another bit of something to do today. Then do the kitchen, tidy the garden sort out the shed. Clean tools. Maybe extend the shed. Go for a cycle. Sign up as NHS volunteer...

When this started up. I made "enquiries" about being some sort of volunteer?. Driving, "Meals on wheels" locally actually:- Conversation went something like:- "Thank you for your interest, we appreciate it, Can I ask your age sir, (even called ME sir!)," Me. "77 in August", Went very quiet for a few seconds at the other end of the phone, but you could here some whispering. Then reply, Err? We really appreciate your asking, but we feel you may be in the "at risk" category, and we would not wish for you to be put at risk!.

They are however struggling to find YOUNG people to do this sort of work.?

Psst ................... I have a BJ trailer I need to sell. An original BJ Bantam.

best we talk then ?

As long as it will take a Caterham 7 and has a low enough approach angle I’m interested

Sorted a couple of wardrobes and cupboards at the weekend, then realised the charity shops are closed, what a muppet!
Recycling centres closed with requests not to do DIY projects so maybe I didn‘t ought to go stripping wallpaper although we’ve got a big garden so could pile it up. Mind you we didn't actually buy the paint so it’s probably too late!
Think I may just set the motorhome up as a self isolation unit in case one of us gets it. That will be something to do today.

Wonder if I can fit it on the camper ?

From my earlier post on Sunday I am sure you are all waiting in anticipation to see whether my lawnmower survived COVD'19, well as you can see from photo all OK and ready to MOW, sat outside my shed. For all Real Ale lovers come inside, I have adorned the inside of my shed with lovingly drunk empty bottles of real ales, every one different. You are looking into my favourite corner where all my empty bottles of dark ales are stored.

So tomorrow MOW and Ale. Grrrr....... Longing to live the dream SMUDGER55

I have spent the WHOLE afternoon watching my good lady paint the garden fence, she has made a cracking job as I managed to notify her when she had “missed a bit”
Unfortunately she has had to cut the job short......that supper wont make itself will it ?

Going to re-work the split charging system on my Autotrail Mohawk, the cables that came with the new relay remind me of my welding days, they are huge.

I have just found this post.
Our lockdown project should be finished mid August.
9.5m x 6m garage, if we ever sell the MH I'm going to move himself down the garden then I won't hear him snoring.
