Hi,
I'm trying to locate the obd port on my Peugeot boxer derived motorhome, I've looked in all the obvious places....does anyone know where it is?

OK, how do you investigate fault codes after a warning light appears on the dashboard. Surely you can't be expected to diagnose by replacement until the light goes out, that could be very expensive.

On a 2004 RHD Boxer - below the steering wheel is your wheel position adjustment lever. The diagnostics socket is behind the long slim panel to the right of the adjustment lever. You'll have to check if it's OBD 2 compatible.

A Peugeot technician plugged into the socket in my van to diagnose a major problem I had. Not sure what protocol it uses though.

My 2000 petrol boxer has an obd port under the bonnet on the near side behind the top of the air filter, by the bonnet hinge two ports , one grey and one green. I've never used them so I don't know if their any good.

Which is a legal requirement throughout Europe or so i was taught.
Should qualify my earlier post. The legal requirement was introduced somewhere around 2000 but I can't find my notes to confirm the year.
I believe it states it must be accessible from drivers seat. Place of manufacture irrelevant and applies to left and right hand drive.
